Meet the team

Five students, one very specific goal.

We're high schoolers from Bentonville West, and between us we handle the planning, the partnerships, the sponsorships, the schools and the storytelling. Say hi — we answer our own email.

DDiya, Team Lead

Diya

Team Lead

Hi! I'm Diya, Food 4 Thought's Team Lead, and I handle the planning behind the project, as well as coordination with Decatur Schools. As an aspiring neurologist and a member of the Ignite Health Sciences Program, I volunteer at hospitals and have gained over 150+ hours of clinical volunteer experience, but I spend my free time hiking, baking, and reading! If you want to get me talking, mention Harry Potter!

BBeatrix, Community Outreach Coordinator

Beatrix

Community Outreach Coordinator

Hey everyone! My name is Beatrix, your Community Outreach Coordinator, and I'm responsible for helping you get involved with Food 4 Thought's mission to decrease food poverty in Arkansas. Now, a little about me! I'm an environmental activist and researcher for ZeroHour Bentonville, and I have spent the entirety of my senior year either on the tennis court or volunteering at Crystal Bridges.

AArham, Sponsorship Coordinator

Arham

Sponsorship Coordinator

Hi, I'm Arham, the Sponsorship Coordinator, and I manage Food 4 Thought's finances, from finding new sponsors to exploring how we can more efficiently serve the community. Aside from that, I love to read and crochet. You can either find me at Tech Ignite or fighting tooth and nail for women's rights.

KKrisha Patel, Social Media Coordinator

Krisha Patel

Social Media Coordinator

Hey guys! I'm Krisha Patel, and I am the Social Media Coordinator for F4T!! I have been in dance for 13 years now, and it is my first love! I'm a huge extrovert and love people, and I'm very, very nostalgic! I also love monkeys :)

AAmara Jones, School District Coordinator

Amara Jones

School District Coordinator

Hello! I'm Amara Jones, and I am the School District Coordinator. Outside of Food 4 Thought, I am in the Ignite Health Sciences Program and a member of HOSA. I love to thrift in my spare time!

Could this be you?

Volunteers welcome

We're always looking for people to help pack bags, run food drives, and spread the word across Northwest Arkansas. No experience needed — just a free afternoon.

Our mentors

We don't do this without guidance

Katy Fewell, our community mentor, and our project mentor help us navigate the district, the logistics, and everything a group of high schoolers hasn't run into before.
